Upgrade the Database to Oracle Database 19c (19.3.0)
If your Oracle database version is 11.2.0.4 or 12.1.0.2, you can upgrade the database to the 19c version.
Note:
TMS 5.1.2, 5.2.2, and 5.3 are certified on Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.4) for Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (Oracle DMW) 2.x integrations. When integrated with Oracle DMW, upgrading from TMS 5.1.2, 5.2.2, 5.3, and 5.4 to TMS 5.4.1 will require first to upgrade the Oracle Database 11g to Oracle Database 19c.
