Access Reports and Analytics

You can access details on Patient Portal usage by looking at the various reports generated in Oracle Health Patient Portal Administrator Console.

To access reports and analytics:
  1. Sign in to Oracle Health Patient Portal Administrator Console.
  2. Select Reporting and Analytics.
  3. Do one or both of the following:
    • Select a bar to view the start date for the week, what data was collected, the total, and the percent change from the previous week.
    • Select a line to view the start date for the week the data was collected, the cumulative total, and the percent change from the previous week.
