8 Reports and Analytics

The Reporting and Analytics section of Oracle Health Patient Portal Administrative Console provides details about patient portal use. All metrics are on a weekly basis, starting on Sunday.

You can view information including:
  • The number of enrollments completed
  • The number of sessions
  • The number of self-registrations completed
  • The number of patient intakes completed
  • The number of appointments scheduled
  • The types of appointments scheduled
  • The number of appointments canceled
  • The reason for appointment cancellation
To access Reporting and Analytics, log in to Oracle Health Patient Portal Administrative Console and select Reporting and Analytics.
  • You can select a bar to view the start date for the week, what data was collected, the total, and the percent change from the previous week.
  • You can select a line to view the start date for the week the data was collected, the cumulative total, and the percent change from the previous week.
