Add a Support Phone Number

The support phone number is a phone number that patients can call to get support with issues such as resetting a forgotten password or other technical support. The support phone can be included in patient-facing communication such as emails.

To add or update the support phone number:
  1. From the Configuration page, select Configure Foundation.
  2. Select Edit next to Support Phone Number. The Support Phone Number drawer is displayed.
  3. Enter your organization's support phone number.
  4. Select Update.
