Update the Primary Phone Number

The primary phone number is a central phone number that patients or their proxies can call for general information about your organization or call to ask to schedule an appointment. The primary phone number can be included in patient-facing communication such as emails.

To update the primary phone number:
  1. From the Configuration page, select Configure Foundation.
  2. Select Edit next to Primary Phone Number. The Primary Phone Number drawer is displayed.
  3. Enter your organization's primary phone number.
  4. Select Update.
