Configure General Settings
The General tab of the Foundation module allows you enter and update general information about your organization.
You can enter and update the following general information about your organization:
- Company Display Name: How your company's name is displayed in the Patient Portal, emails, and text messages.
- Portal Display Name: The branded name of your instance of Oracle Health Patient Portal.
- Primary Phone: The main phone number that Patient Portal users can call for assistance with scheduling or to speak with a provider about their care.
- Support Phone: The support phone number is the number Patient Portal users can call for assistance with items such as resending a Patient Portal enrollment invitation.
- Public Website: The web address of the home page of your organization's website.
- Address 1: The street address for the physical location of the clinic. This address is displayed in the Help menu in the Patient Portal and for appointments.
- Address 2: An optional address such as a suite number for the physical location of the clinic.
- City: The city for the physical location of the clinic.
- ZIP Code: For US addresses, the ZIP Code of the physical location.
- Time Zone: The time zone that the clinic is in. The time zone is used to determine when to send messages so they are not sent too early in the morning or too late in the evening.
