Upload or Link a Transparent Logo

You can upload a transparent version of your organization's logo. Transparent logos are displayed in the patient portal where a logo with transparent properties is required. The logo must be in JPG, PNG, or SVG format, and it must be 10MB or less. The Oracle logo is used by default.

To link a transparent logo:

1. From the General page, selectLink.
2. Enter the file path or web address to the logo.
3. Select Save.

To upload a transparent logo:

1. From the General page, select Upload.
2. Drag the file from your device to the drop zone.
3. Select Save.
