4 Reporting Dashboard

The Reporting Dashboard module of Oracle Health Patient Portal Administrative Console provides details about patient portal usage. All metrics are displayed on a weekly basis, starting on Sunday.

You can view information including:

• Enrollments: The number of Patient Portal enrollments completed.
• Sessions: The number of sessions.
• Self-Registrations Completed: The number of self-registrations completed from Patient Portal users.
• Patient Intakes Completed: The number of patient intake processes completed.
• Appointments Scheduled: The number of appointments scheduled.
• Appointment Types Scheduled: The types of appointments scheduled.
• Appointments Canceled: The number of appointments canceled.
• Appointment Cancellation Reason: The reason for appointment cancellation.
