Set the Date Display Format

The date display format determines how days, months, and years are formatted in your instance of the patient portal. By default, the date format is MM/DD/YYYY. The date display format is used in patient-facing communications such as appointment reminder emails.

To set or update the date format:
  1. From the Configuration page, select Configure Foundation.
  2. Select Edit next to Date Display Format. The Date Display Format drawer is displayed.
  3. Select the date display format that you want from the list.
  4. Select Update.
