Set the Time Display Format

The time display format setting determines how hours, minutes, and seconds are formatted in your instance of the patient portal. By default, the system uses the 12-hour HH:MI AM format. For example, 1:00 PM.

To set or update the time display format:
  1. From the Foundations page, select Configure Foundation.
  2. Select Edit next to Time Display Format. The Time Display Format drawer is displayed.
  3. Select the time display format that you want from the list.
  4. Select Update.
