Show or Hide the Health History (PAMI+P)

You can configure what health history information is displayed in the patient portal by turning the problems, allergies, medications, immunizations, and procedures (PAMI+P) on or off. These health history items are displayed by default.

Note:

Depending on your organization's preferences, problems may be known alternatively as diagnoses, conditions, or health issues.

To change PAMI+P settings:

1. In the Health Record card under Application and Module Settings, select Configure Health Record.
2. Select PAMI+P.
3. Select Edit next to the items that you want displayed in the patient portal. You can display or hide the following sections:
   • Problems
   • Allergies
   • Medications
   • Immunizations
   • Procedures
4. Set the toggle to On to display the information or Off to hide.
5. Select Update.
