You can define what information patients can access in the Patient Portal. For example, you can show or hide details on problems, allergies, medications, immunizations, and procedures [PAMI+P], clinical notes and documents, laboratory results, and vital signs.

You can configure what health history information is displayed in the patient portal by turning the problems, allergies, medications, immunizations, and procedures (PAMI+P) on or off. These health history items are displayed by default. - Show or Hide Results and Vital Signs
