Third-Party Integrations

The Third-Party Integrations module allows you to see which tools from Oracle partners are available to integrate with the Patient Portal, and which functionality they support.

Third parties that want to integrate with the Patient Portal must be approved through the Oracle Partner Network (OPN) before they are displayed in the Third-Party Integrations list.

Note:

You and the partner need to complete the integration between the third-party partner, the Oracle Health Millennium Platform and the Patient Portal before the third-party partner can be used in the Patient Portal.

To select a third-party partner for a workflow, access the module settings for that workflow and then select the third party for that workflow. When you enable a third party, Patient Portal users go to the third party tool to complete that workflow.

The Third-Party Integrations page displays the following information:

  • Feature: The area of the Patient Portal that the third party supports.
  • Active: The third-party partner has been approved through the Oracle Partner Network. The third-party partner has completed the integration build to the customers Oracle Health Millennium Platform and the customers Oracle Health Patient Portal.
