Update or Revoke Access to the Support Module

Administrative Console super users can update access for an existing user or revoke access to the Support module.

Note:

These steps apply to Patient Portal Administrative Console super users.
To update or revoke access to a Support user:
  1. Access the Oracle Health Patient Portal Administrative Console.
  2. Select Open in the User Management card. The list of available users is displayed.
  3. Select the pencil icon next to the user you want to update.
  4. If needed, select the updated role from the Role list.
  5. If needed, set the Access toggle to Off.
  6. Select Apply Changes. Your username and the date stamp are displayed in the Updated By section.
