Update or Revoke Access to the Support Module
Administrative Console super users can update access for an existing user or revoke access to the Support module.
Note:
These steps apply to Patient Portal Administrative Console super users.To update or revoke access to a Support user:
- Access the Oracle Health Patient Portal Administrative Console.
- Select Open in the User Management card. The list of available users is displayed.
- Select the pencil icon next to the user you want to update.
- If needed, select the updated role from the Role list.
- If needed, set the Access toggle to Off.
- Select Apply Changes. Your username and the date stamp are displayed in the Updated By section.
