Grant Access to the Administrative Console
Patient Portal Administrative Console super users can grant access to other personnel who need access to the Administrative Console.
Note:
These steps apply to Patient Portal Administrative Console super users.To grant access to a new Administrative Console user:
- Access the Oracle Health Patient Portal Administrative Console.
- Select Open in the User Management card.
- Select Create. The Manage User drawer is displayed.
- Enter the email address for the user in the User Name list.
- Select the applicable role from the Role list.
- Set the Access toggle to On.
- Select Create. The system sends an email with a link to the user that contains an initial password and link to log in. They can then create their password and access the Oracle Health Patient Portal Administrative Console. Your username and the date stamp are displayed in the Created By section.
