5 User Management

The User Management module allows administrators to grant access to additional administrators.

The User Management tab displays a list of the people who access to the Administrative Console.

The following information is displayed on the User Management - Admin Portal page:
  • Organization name and user name
  • User type
  • Active status
  • Edit
The following roles are available:
  • Customer Instance Admin: Instance administrators have full ability to make updates to all areas of the patient portal.
  • Customer Instance Contributor: Contributors have access to make updates to specific areas of the patient portal.
  • Customer Support User: Support users can send new workflow links and answer patient portal-related questions when customers call in for assistance.
