Update a Policy or View Details

You can edit existing active policies, translate policies, and view where the policy is used through the Policy Details page.

To edit an existing policy or view details:
  1. From the Policies list, select Details next to the policy you want to edit. The Policy Details page is displayed you can edit the following information:
    • Categories
    • Name
    • Subject
    • Body
    • Active indicator
    • Language
  2. Update any policy information.
  3. Select whether the policy is active or inactive.
    • The Languages section displays the languages that the policy has been translated into.
    • The Utilization section displays the areas in which the policy is displayed.
  4. Select Save. The last updated information logs your username and the date and the policy is applied.
