Translate a Policy

You can translate a policy into other available languages for Patient Portal users who use the portal in languages other than English. For example, if your Patient Portal is available in English and Spanish, you can translate policies authored in English into Spanish.

To translate a policy:
  1. From the Policies section, select Details next to the policy you want to edit. The Policy Details page is displayed.
  2. Select Add Language. The Maintain Policy Language drawer opens.
  3. Select the language and translate the subject and body, then select Add.

    Note:

    If you do not translate a policy into all available languages, the policy is displayed in the original language in the Patient Portal.
  4. To edit the translated policy later, you can select Edit from the Languages column.
  5. Select Save.
