Archive Diary Notes

You can archive patient diary notes you no longer need.

To archive a patient diary note:

1. From the Ask Oracle menu , select Patient Diary (or similarly named item).
2. Find the patient diary note you want to edit by scrolling or searching for its keywords.
3. Select Edit next to the diary note.
4. Select Delete. A confirmation dialog box is displayed.
5. Select Delete to confirm that you want to delete this entry.

Select Archived on your patient diary home page to view a list of archived patient diary notes.
