View Procedures

In your health record, the Procedures page displays current and past procedures documented by your provider or care team.

  1. From the Ask Oracle menuAsk Oracle, select Procedures. Alternatively, access the My Health dashboard, and then select Procedures from the My Health menu.
  2. Optionally, search the list by procedure name.
To make any changes, meet with your provider to discuss your procedures.
