View Medications in Patient Portal

In your health record, the Medications page displays active and past medications documented by your provider or care team.

To view medications:
  1. If you manage multiple connected health profiles, optionally switch to a different health profile.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Medications.
    Alternatively, search for it by name in the Ask Oracle search box. For example, "Show me the details of my Levothyroxin medication."
  3. Optionally, select a tab:
    • Active: Medications you are currently taking. The Order Date is when the medication was prescribed. 
    • Inactive: Medications that are that are inactive or no longer prescribed.
  4. Optionally, select Sort By Sort to sort the list.
  5. Select a medication to view its details.
    The Medication Details page is displayed, which includes more information about the medication including instructions, start date, the provider who ordered the medication, and directions for taking or using the medication. 
  6. If an education leaflet is available for that medication, optionally select its name to display that information. Select close (X) to return to the medication details.
  7. If you are able to renew the prescription, optionally select Renew at the top of the window. See Renew Prescriptions in Patient Portal for more information.

To update your list of medications, meet with your provider to discuss and make any changes.
