View Immunizations

In your health record, the Immunizations page displays current and past immunizations documented by your provider or care teams.

The immunizations listed include additional details if available, such as name, date administered, how many immunizations for that particular immunization type, and any history of similar immunizations.

To view immunizations:

1. From the Ask Oracle menu, select Immunizations. Alternatively, access the My Health dashboard, and then select Immunizations from the My Health menu.
2. Optionally, search the list of immunizations by name. A list of relevant search results is displayed.
3. Optionally, search the list of immunizations by name. A list of relevant search results is displayed.
4. Select an immunization to view its details, including the following information (as available):
   • Date received
   • Administered by location
   • Immunization product name
   • Lot number
   • Manufacturer
5. Optionally, select Print to print your list of immunizations.

To update your list of immunizations, meet with your provider to discuss and make any changes.
