Access Logs

Patient Portal users can now use the access logs to see who accessed their record through Patient Portal.

Access Log View (HLG2-1540)

Patient Portal users now can see who accessed their record through Patient Portal. The log indicates when it was accessed; what section was accessed; and what action was taken.

UI Impact (Workflow - Automatic): To view access logs, select Access Logs from the Profile (Switch User) menu. See the Reference Materials for more information.

Proxy Switcher (HLG2-1541)

Patient Portal users now can see who accessed the record. This allows them to see what content was viewed or managed by their authorized representatives.

UI Impact (Workflow - Automatic): To view events by authorized representatives, select Access Logs from the Profile (Switch User) menu. See the Reference Materials for more information.
