Oracle has identified the known issues below in Oracle Health Patient Portal. The list is updated when issues are identified or resolved in a new release.

The following known issues have been identified in Oracle Health Patient Portal Cloud Service:

• Allergies
  • Keyboard focus moves to non-interactive elements in the Allergy list before you reach the Edit button. (HLG2-79179)
  • Keyboard focus moves to non-interactive elements in the Reaction list. (EHRM-79177)
• Framework
  • In the mobile application, when you pull to refresh the home page, the menu action remains selected. (PP-225)
  • When you sign in to the mobile application and swipe right, the IDCS sign in page is displayed. (PP-286)
  • The common library cannot parse the first event published after the hourly data management job is created. (EHRM-79138)
  • A tooltip is displayed when you hover over the documents folder and press ESC. When you press ESC, the tooltip should be removed. (PP-415)
  • An error occurs when you bookmark the sign-in page, close your browser, then access the bookmarked link. (PP-184)
  • Screen readers incorrectly announce the search icon graphic. (PP-366)
  • The screen reader description for the Completed Documents workflow is vague. (PP-359)
  • Hidden content is announced when you select Print and a screen reader is turned on. (PP-287)
  • The Back button in the Documents section does not provide enough details when screen readers announce it. (PP-205)
  • When an error occurs in the Documents section, and a message is displayed, the focus remains on the hidden element instead of the element in the foreground. (PP-185)
• Growth Charts: When you switch the growth chart from Imperial to Metric or from Metric to Imperial, and then navigate back to the previous page, the Metric button remains displayed. (EHRM-80844)
• Immunizations
  • The Save button is enabled even when none of the required fields are completed. When you select Save, no error message is displayed. (EHRM-80321)
  • Keyboard focus moves to a non-interactive separator element. (EHRM-80320)
  • A hand icon is displayed for a non-interactive icon. (EHRM-80316)
  • When you use the keyboard to navigate the Immunization table, the focus moves to non-interactive elements. (EHRM-80315)
• Messaging
  • Two tooltip messages are displayed next to the Action button. (EHRM-76945)
  • Tooltip text is not displayed next to the message notification icon. (EHRM-77484)
• Questionnaires: When you select Yes after a questionnaire in the Health History section, the button does not move to the next questionnaire. (PP-4160)
• Registration
  • Headings are not available for keyboard navigation. (PP-3785)
  • The Pre-visit registration window is very small for higher resolution screens. (PP-3783)
  • The multiselect edit pages uses an incorrect UI pattern. (PP-3151)
  • The single select edit page uses an incorrect UI pattern. (PP-3146)

• Scheduling
  • When you select a specialty or location in the scheduling workflow, the workflow jumps unexpectedly. (PATIENT-14034)
  • When you use a keyboard to navigate to the Visits section and there are no Favorites saved, the screen reader does not read the following message: No items to display. (PATIENT-13482)
  • When you select a future appointment using a keyboard, then use the TAB key to select Reschedule, and then select Reschedule Appointment, no success or failure message is displayed. (PATIENT-13737)
  • Past appointments may be displayed in the Up Next section of the Home dashboard. (EHRM-80735)
