The following known issues have been identified in Oracle Health Patient Portal Cloud Service:
  • Accounts and Profiles: An error may occur when you use the personal update functionality. (HLG2-24175)
  • Administrative Console:
    • Source system information is not required when you update values based on code sets. (HLG2-24597)
    • An error occurs in the search when you try to search for an unregistered authorized representative. (HLG2-26176)
    • You cannot start a banner between 12:00 p.m. and 12:59 p.m. (HLG2-26115)
    • An error occurs when you try to search for an authorized representative with two proxies in the Support search. (HLG2-21351)
  • Framework:
    • The navigation footer and schedule button are misaligned in mobile browsers. (HLG2-25335)
    • An error message is displayed when you select hCaptcha from the Sign In page. (HLG2-25326)
    • No error message is displayed when you upload a file that is too large. (HLG2-24980)
    • The Observations order date does not match the date in Millennium Platform. (HLG2-22965)
    • Provider information is not displayed in the patient portal for appointments scheduled in Millennium Platform. (HLG2-22197)
    • Millennium Platform code systems are not available in the Patient Portal. (HLG2-24649)
    • Code sets do not include the source system. (HLG2-24631)
    • You cannot access the Ask Oracle menu when you select the user initials. (HLG2-22392)
    • Graph shading for reference ranges in the My Health - Test Results section is confusing. (HLG2-21551)
    • Letters are allowed in phone number fields. (HLG2-24177)
    • Patient portal does not respond when you select Change Password from the Settings menu. (HLG2-22258)
    • You can use usernames other than email addresses. (HLG2-24158)
    • Not all navigation elements scale as expected on mobile devices. (HLG2-24658)
    • Not all sections of submitted social history data questionnaires are displayed in Millennium Platform. (HLG2-27031)
  • Get Ready: When you select Back in a questionnaire, the UI sometimes jumps, flickers, and displays a time out error. (HLG2-25581)
  • Messaging:
    • Messages are not consistently marked as read when they have been reviewed. (HLG2-24183)
    • No visual break is displayed when a physician replies to a patient. (HLG2-27052)
    • Columns are misaligned in the inbox. (HLG2-24182)
    • Message templates are not always displayed. (HLG2-23359)
  • My Health:
    • Diagnostic reports may not be displayed in the Lab Results section in the Patient Portal. (HLG2-25141)
    • Test results may be empty even if tests exist. (HLG2-24190)
    • An error message is displayed when you view upcoming visits in the My Health section. (HLG2-24185)
    • Onset dates may be displayed incorrectly in the My Health - Allergies section. (HLG2-21468)
  • Questionnaires: Submitted preregistration questionnaires are not displayed in Millennium Platform. (HLG2-18494)
  • Scheduling: An error can occur when you select Include Details when adding an appointment to a calendar. (HLG2-24171)
  • Registration:
    • Insurance carriers may not be recognized in the Patient Intake workflow. (HLG2-8235)
    • The default guarantor is not Self for patients who are 18 or older. (HLG2-22137)
