Find Care as a Guest (HGL2-1775)	Component: Scheduling A website plug-in allows users to search for care from the web before identifying themselves and without logging into the portal. Once a slot is selected, the user inputs identification details and authenticates via a passcode to complete scheduling as a new or existing patient. UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic)	See the Scheduling section of the Oracle Health Patient Portal Cloud Service User Guide for more information.	Verify that unauthenticated users (new or existing patients) can search for an appointment slot without portal login. Verify that unauthenticated users can then enter name, date of birth, and email to receive a passcode to complete scheduling on the above selected slot. Pay Now Link (HLG2-5282)	Component: Payments When a patient has a balance due, a Pay Now link is displayed on the Home dashboard and the Quick Pay app opens. UI Impact: Workflow (automatic) Patient Portal users can select Pay Now to open Quick Pay and pay their bill. Payment Processing Message (HLG2-5608)	Component: Payments A message is sent to the Patient Portal user's email address when a payment is made. Additionally, a Payment is processing message is displayed on the Home dashboard. UI Impact: Visual only Patient Portal users receive an email stating that their payment has been received when they submit a payment.
