Component: Scheduling A website plug-in allows users to search for care from the web before identifying themselves and without logging into the portal. Once a slot is selected, the user inputs identification details and authenticates via a passcode to complete scheduling as a new or existing patient. UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic) |

Pay Now Link (HLG2-5282) |
Component: Payments When a patient has a balance due, a Pay Now link is displayed on the Home dashboard and the Quick Pay app opens. UI Impact: Workflow (automatic) Patient Portal users can select Pay Now to open Quick Pay and pay their bill. |
