Settings to Delete Account (HLG2-1562) |
Component: Accounts The ability to delete an account is now available in the Settings section. UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic) A patient can remove their account, which removes the users Patient Portal account, their access, and their credentials. Content from the electronic health record (EHR) or Oracle Health Patient Portal Administrative Console is not removed. Patients need to call medical records to delete that. Once the patient has deleted the account, if they attempt to sign in with their credentials, an error message is displayed. |
