Oracle Health Patient Portal integrates with Quick Pay (Cener Patient Accounting).

UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic)

Patient Portal users are taken to the payment platform. When the user selects Pay Now to make a payment, the patient is directed to a new browser window.

See the Getting Started section of Oracle Health Patient Portal Cloud Service User Guide for more information. Verify that when you select Pay Now in the Outstanding Balance card on the Home dashboard, it opens a new browser window for Quick Pay. After you enter your last name, date of birth, and access code, you can make a payment. No implementation or maintenance impact.
Payment Processing Message (HLG2-5608)

Component: Payments

When a payment is processed through a Quick Pay workflow, Quick Pay sends a confirmation email to the Patient Portal user if they select that option.

UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic)

Patient Portal users receive an email confirmation message when they submit a payment, indicating that the payment is being processed.

Verify that when you select the checkbox to receive a confirmation message after you submitted a payment in Quick Pay, you receive a Payment Processing email. No implementation or maintenance impact.
