Component: Administrative Console The Support section of the Administrative console contains a search feature where administrators with the appropriate level of access can enter a first name, last name, and date of birth to search for Patient Portal users who are reaching out for assistance with accessing the Patient Portal. UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic) Support users can search in an instance of the Patient Portal using first name, last name, and date of birth. Note that Support users can only see information related to the status of the Patient Portal account and not medical information. |
