4 Action Plan

You can create action plans for patients with asthma using the Action Plan functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

Tip:

This functionality is available to a limited number of customers but may be generally available at a later date. If you want to use this functionality, contact your Oracle representative.

Note:

This functionality is not intended to provide treatment or diagnostic recommendations.

Introduction

Action plans are marked with one of the following statuses:

• Active
• Draft
• Completed
• In Error

When an action plan is signed, it is marked with an Active status. Only one active plan and one draft can exist at a time. When a draft is signed, the status of the previously active plan is automatically changed to Completed.

• Create an Action Plan
  You can create an action plan in Oracle Health EHR.
• Print an Action Plan
  You can administer a medication in Oracle Health EHR.
• Update an Action Plan
  You can copy an action plan in Oracle Health EHR.
• Remove an Action Plan
  You can document a medication as Not Given in Oracle Health EHR.
