Update an Action Plan

You can copy an action plan in Oracle Health EHR.

To copy an action plan:

1. Access the problem details view for a patient with asthma, then select the active plan.
2. Select Update.
   A copy of the action plan in Draft status is displayed.
3. Make any necessary changes.
4. Select Save or Sign.
   • If you select Save, the action plan remains in Draft status.
   • If you select Sign, the status updates to Active, and the previously active plan is automatically updated to a Completed status.
