Add Associated Appointments for a Referral

You can update a referral’s associated appointments in Oracle Health EHR.

Schedule Appointment for a Referral

To schedule an appointment for a referral:

1. In the Referrals tab on the Visits, Appointments, and Referrals page, select a referral.
2. In the Associated Appointments section, select Add Appointment.
3. In the Schedule Appointment page, search for and select an appointment.
4. Select Schedule.
   The appointment is associated with the referral.

Associate a Confirmed Appointment

To associate a confirmed appointment for a referral:

1. In the Referrals tab on the Visits, Appointments, and Referrals page, select a referral.
2. In the Confirmed Appointments section, select Attach.
   The confirmed appointment is moved to the Associated Appointment section.

Disassociate an Appointment

To disassociate an appointment from a referral:

1. In the Referrals tab on the Visits, Appointments, and Referrals page, select a referral.
2. In the Associated Appointments section, select Dissassociate next to the appointment.
3. In the Disassociate Appointment message, select Confirm.
   The appointment is disassociated from the referral.
