Add Attachments to a Referral

You can add an attachment to a referral in Oracle Health EHR.

To add an attachment to a referral:
  1. In the Referrals tab on the Visits, Appointments, and Referrals page, select a referral.
  2. In the Attachment section, select Add under Clinical Documents or Add Diagnostic Reports.
  3. In the add attachment panel, select a document or report and select Add.

    Note:

    Select View to preview the document or report before attaching it to the referral.
    The document or report is added to the Attachments section.
  4. Select Remove Attachment next to an attached document or report to remove an attachment.
