Add Implant History

You can add implant history in Oracle Health EHR.

To add implant history:

1. From the patient's chart, select the Histories heading.
2. Select the Implant tab.
3. Select Add.
4. Enter the implant details.
5. (Optional) Expand the Additional Details section, enter the unique device identifier (UDI) or device identifier (DI), then select Validate to automatically import the associated information from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s Global Unique Device Identification Database (GUDID).
6. Select Add.
