Update Implant History

This topic includes information about updating implant history in Oracle Health EHR.

To update the implant history:
  1. From the patient's chart, select the Histories heading.
  2. Select the Implant tab.
  3. Next to an implant, select Actions (...).
  4. Select Update Implant.
  5. Update the implant details.
  6. Select Save.
