Create a Surgery Request

You can create surgery requests in Oracle Health EHR.

To create a surgery request:

1. In the Surgery Requests section, select Create Surgery Request.
2. Search for a procedure.
3. Complete the form, including information such as the related diagnosis, requested surgery dates, and associating any pertinent documents, forms, and clinical media.
4. Select Submit.
   The surgery request is sent to the scheduling department.
