Edit a Surgery Request

You can edit a surgery request in Oracle Health EHR.

To modify a surgery request:

1. In the Surgery Requests section, complete one of the following options:
   1. If the surgery request is in a Draft status, select Actions (...), then select Edit.
   2. If the surgery request is in a Submitted status, select Actions (...), then select View Details.
2. Select Modify.
3. Modify the form as needed.
4. Select Submit.
   The updated surgery request is sent to the scheduling department.
