Document the Adoption Status

You can document the patient's adoption status in Oracle Health EHR.

To document that the patient was adopted:
  1. From the patient's chart, select the Histories heading.
  2. Select the Patient Adopted checkbox, if applicable.

    Note:

    The Patient Adopted checkbox may be displayed in the Actions menu Actions depending on your screen size.
