Document That You Were Unable to Obtain Family History

You can document that you were unable to obtain the patient's family history in Oracle Health EHR.

To document that you were unable to obtain the patient's family history:
  1. From the patient's chart, select the Histories heading.
  2. Select the Unable to Obtain checkbox.

    Note:

    The Unable to Obtain checkbox may be displayed in the Actions menu Actions depending on your screen size.
