Enhancement EHRM-23934: Modify Care Team Members Associated with Service or Team	Component: Care Team You now can modify the role of a care team member associated with a service or team. UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic) Providers now can use the Care team member information panel to modify the role of a care team member associated with a service or team.	See the Modify Care Team Member Role section of the Care Team User Guide for more information.	On the Care Team page, select a care team member associated with a service or team. In the Care team information panel, select Modify. Verify that the Role list is displayed in the panel. Select a new role, then save your changes. Verify that the care team member's role is updated. Enhancement EHRM-23935: Remove Care Team Members Associated with Service or Team	Component: Care Team You now can remove a care team member associated with a service or team. UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic) Providers now can remove a care team member associated with a service or team in the Care team member information panel.	See the Remove Care Team Member section of the Care Team User Guide for more information.	On the Care Team page, select a care team member associated with a service or team. In the Care team information panel, select Remove. Verify that a dialog box is displayed asking you to confirm that you want to remove the care team member. Select Remove. Enhancement EHRM-33868: View Additional Historical Care Team Member Information	Component: Care Team You can select a historically assigned care team member and view the care team member's contact information in the Care team member information panel. UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic) Providers now can view contact information for a historical care team member in the Care team member information panel.
