Charting Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Charting functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• Required Fields are not displayed with a highlighted background. [EHRM-47822]
• When you select View Details, then Edit, selecting the Back button should return you to the View Details page and not the Documents list. [EHRM-50099]
• Reference text does not display images or formatted text on forms. [EHRM-56057]
• When you select the link that indicates the number of required fields that need to be completed, you are not taken to the first required field. [EHRM-76705]
