Charting Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Charting functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• Once you enter a blood pressure value, you are unable to delete the value. The work around is to highlight the value and use your spacebar to enter a space. [EHRM-52355]
• Calculated values should be restricted from pulling forward from last charted value in a current form. [EHRM-52279]
• Converted values should not be displayed when locale is not US. [EHRM-52116]
• If you have documented a response that caused conditional fields or sections to be displayed and then documented those conditional fields, sections, or both, but then changed the trigger response to a value that no longer requires the conditional fields or sections, the system should notify you that other fields depend on this value and if you proceed, those conditional fields or sections will be discarded and hidden with an option to continue or cancel. • In date and time fields, the system allows you to enter a time during the hour in which the DST change occurs. [EHRM-51829]
• Hovering over the blood pressure label does not display the event codes that are associated with the blood pressure fields. [EHRM-51559]
• When a form is viewed using the Review function, you are not prevented from selecting Sign when the form is missing required fields.  When you select Sign, the form is not signed. [EHRM-51494]
• Discrete grids do not support multi-select when configured as multi alpha. [EHRM-51290] Column labels for discrete grids may not be displayed properly. [EHRM-50862]
• The Show Last Charted option should not display when a form is viewed using the Review function. [EHRM-50807]
• Required Fields are not displayed with a highlighted background. [EHRM-47822]
• A parent label is not displayed for discrete grids. Each grid should have a label. [EHRM-47816]
• When displaying last charted data, the data does not align horizontally with the fields in the current form. [EHRM-47813]
• Various UI enhancements are required to help improve usability for the Show Last Charted function. [EHRM-45707]
• Keyboard navigation do not work using the calendar picker feature for date and time fields. [EHRM-48384]
• When you select View Details, then Edit, selecting the Back button should return you to the View Details page and not the Documents list. [EHRM-50099]
• The Add Options (+) tooltip in the large view is not displayed when using keyboard navigation to highlight it. [EHRM-52737]
• When you select the Forms heading in the patient chart, the Documents large view is displayed but not filtered on forms. [EHRM-57211]
• After signing a form, you should return to the Documents list with the filter set to Category Forms. [EHRM-29191]
• Reference text does not display images or formatted text on forms. [EHRM-56057]
• Some sections that contain required fields display the checkmark indicator even when no data has been entered. [EHRM-56046]
• When opening a form for modification, the system triggers an auto-save even if no data is updated. [EHRM-55537]
• Calculated fields should be empty until the contributors to the calculation are entered and a valid value is calculated. [EHRM-56052]
