Charting Known Issues
Known issues exist in the Charting functionality in Oracle Health EHR.
- When you select View Details, then Edit, selecting the Back button should return you to the View Details page and not the Documents list. [EHRM-50099]
- Last charted values are not always displaying. [EHRM-98479]
- After opening a new form, a section may be marked as complete even thought no data has been entered. [EHRM-101039]
- Ultragrid rows do not auto-expand when elements are set to auto-populate from the last charted value. [EHRM-98413]
- Discarded forms still show as In Progress. [EHRM-97406]
- In Error forms are not being filtered out of available forms. [EHRM-93930]
- When tabbing through a form, the focus highlighting on certain fields does not encompass the entire field. [EHRM-90749]
- For fields that display calculated values, if you remove the contributing field values, the calculation field displays 0 instead being blank. [EHRM-90709]
- Expected values are not displayed when you select Insert Previous for last charted values. [EHRM-90620]
- When copying the last charted values for date fields, time should not be displayed. [EHRM-89588]
- When you select Sign on a form that has unvalued required fields, you should be directed to the first required field is unvalued. [EHRM-89377]
- Subsection headings should not display when the section is empty because all fields are conditionally hidden. [EHRM-85459]
- Millennium Platform conditional equation expressions are not always interpreted correctly. [EHRM-83614]
- Some button labels are not corrected read by screen readers. [EHRM-81854]
- The comment options should not be available for date and time fields. [EHRM-81317]
- When you select the link that indicates the number of required fields that need to be completed, you are not taken to the first required field. [EHRM-76705]
- The green circle that displays on the Comments button label displays again after the comment has been removed then another option is selected. [EHRM-76051]
- In a label, Swedish letter o with umlaut is displayed as a question mark. [EHRM-73456]
- In reference text, the dash character is displayed as a box character. [EHRM-72187]
- Headings for Ultra rows with no charted values should not display. [EHRM-70831]
- Reference text does not display images or formatted text on forms. [EHRM-56057]
- Required fields are not displayed with the proper background effect. [EHRM-47822]
