Documents Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Documents functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• Buttons that are displayed when you hover over a section in a note remain when you move to another part of the page. [EHRM-11413]
• When you open a document from the Inbox tab, actions that extend beyond the current line are not displayed correctly. [EHRM-19830]
• The system automatically checks spelling in notes and incorrectly underlines medical terms and note headings. [EHRM-20807]
• When you select Refresh All when adding a template, the Undo and Redo buttons are unavailable. [EHRM-21898]
• Badges are not displayed consistently for documents. [EHRM-22689]
• When you add a new note and select a template, the draft note is cleared and you are prompted to select a template. [EHRM-25181]
• Completed documents may be displayed multiple times in the Inbox tab. [EHRM-25700]
• When adding a note, the Bullets and Numbering buttons are not displayed on the rich-text toolbar. [EHRM-25975]
• The document details are not displayed for outside records. [EHRM-28701]
• Addenda text is not displayed in notes that use the Wound Care Note template. [EHRM-30515]
• When you preview a note and then open another patient's chart, an error occurs when you attempt to preview a note again. [EHRM-30845]
• You cannot type in text boxes after you undo or redo using the keyboard. [EHRM-30868]
• The documents list does not remain on the same previewed document when you return to the Documents page after viewing or editing a document. [EHRM-34743]
• When you create a note in the large view and insert a free text section, the system moves to the top of the note editor and you cannot scroll down. [EHRM-35582]
• When you sign a note that contains tagged images, the tagged images are not added as attachments in the note. [EHRM-37759]
• When you remove a section and press Ctrl+Z, the section is not restored. [EHRM-39000]
• Buttons in note sections may not be fully displayed in templates that contain long headings. [EHRM-39680]
• Duplicate tables are displayed in the Care Plan template. [EHRM-39682]
• When you select Pull Forward This Section in a note section, the right panel opens and you cannot continuously scroll through the content. [EHRM-40892]
• When you select a document from the Needs Attention panel, the system takes longer than expected to open the document and display the information. [EHRM-47417]
• When you select the Needs Attention heading in the Needs Attention panel and open a document from the Needs Attention list, the tooltip for the More Actions menu (...) is not displayed. [EHRM-47490]
• When you select Insert Free Text in a note section, the cursor is placed in the next section heading. [EHRM-47905]
• When previous note content is inserted into a note, the original source document does not open when you select the annotation link. [EHRM-47936]
• When you open a note, the tooltips for the Print button and More Actions menu (...) are not displayed. [EHRM-48448]
• You may not be able to sign documents. [EHRM-48803]
• When you enter a specialty in the Select Specialty box, the system unnecessarily checks for spelling. [EHRM-49308]
• When you copy and paste text into a note, the pasted text is displayed outside of the text box. [EHRM-49612]
• In the note editor, button borders are not fully displayed and the note information is not spaced correctly. [EHRM-49617]
• When you insert tagged content into a note, the annotation is displayed as a footnote instead of on a new line below the text. [EHRM-49835]
• You may be able to edit the heading text in the note editor. Additionally, the cursor may move out of the text box when you move through text, and pressing the Up Arrow or Down Arrow keys may add new lines and move the toolbar to a different position. [EHRM-50217]
• Placeholder text is not formatted correctly on the medications list in the Ambulatory Surgery Center Discharge Instructions template and the Ambulatory Visit Instructions template. [EHRM-50680]
• Extra space is displayed in notes that contain only a few lines of content. [EHRM-50676]
• When you create a note and insert tagged content, nothing happens when you select the attribution link. [EHRM-51226]
• When you open a document that contains tagged content in the preview panel, the attribution link is not displayed. Additionally, when you open a document that contains tagged content in the large view, nothing happens when you select the attribution link. [EHRM-51229]
• Anticipated documents are not displayed on the documents list. [EHRM-51248]
• Problems do not update consistently in the Assessment and Plan note section. [EHRM-51264]
• When you type an auto text abbreviation, the list of auto text phrases flashes every time you type. [EHRM-52268]
• When you start to type an auto text abbreviation, you cannot press Backspace to remove the abbreviation. [EHRM-52269]
• When you select the Notes heading or select View Details with the right panel open, the right panel incorrectly updates to create a note. [EHRM-52378]
• When you open an in-progress note from the Needs Attention panel and sign the note, you have to cancel or discard the note to return to the patient's chart. [EHRM-52439]
• When you open an in-progress note from the Needs Attention panel and sign the note, the Discard button remains available for the signed note. [EHRM-52462]
• When you open a note and then enter a request in Ask Oracle, the note link in the response cannot be selected. [EHRM-52608]
• The tooltip for the Add button (+) is not displayed on the Documents page when you use the keyboard to move through elements. [EHRM-52739]
• Noninteractive elements are selected when you move through notes using the keyboard. [EHRM-52741]
• When you add an addendum to a document, you cannot sign the document. [EHRM-55826]
• When you filter by notes or forms on the documents list, the filter is removed after you scroll through the list multiple times. [EHRM-58248]
• An error occurs when you attempt to view Portable Document Format attachments in notes. [EHRM-58257]
• The document action history is not displayed in chronological order. [EHRM-58745]
• When you create a note and add content, the note does not close when you try to close it. [EHRM-58901]
• An error occurs when you attempt to view Rich Text Format attachments in notes. [EHRM-59992]
• When you select a Discharge Summary note on the documents list, the preview panel does not open. [EHRM-61089]
• When you select the Notes or Forms heading on a patient’s chart, the Documents page opens with the documents list unfiltered. [EHRM-61319]
• The documents list does not display all the available documents. [EHRM-61447]
• Documents remain in the Needs Attention panel after they are signed. [EHRM-61463]
• When you right-click in a document and select Paste from Clipboard, the clipboard items overlap if multiple items exist on the clipboard. [EHRM-63575]
