From the Procedure tab of the Histories page, verify that the Procedure Summary and Previous Visit Procedure section headings are no longer displayed. Select a procedure documented to the current encounter and verify that This Visit is displayed as the procedure type. Select Mark as Reviewed and verify that your name and the current date and time are displayed as the last reviewed. |

Enhancement EHRM-40700: Filter Family History View |
Component: Histories You can change how family history is displayed. UI Impact: Workflow (Implemented) Your CDF meanings defined for person relationships on Code Set 40 are used to display family history in a pedigree chart. |
From the Family tab of the Histories page, use the Ask Oracle bar to select Member, Condition, or Pedigree Chart from the View By list. Verify that the family history information is displayed in the selected view. |

Enhancement EHRM-24629: Validate Implant UDI and DI |
Component: Histories When you add or update implant history, you can validate the implant's unique device identifier (UDI) or device identifier (DI) to import associated information from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s Global Unique Device Identification Database (GUDID). UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic) You can import the FDA's GUDID information using an implant's UDI or DI. |
