Enhancement EHRM-9103: View Growth Charts	Component: Growth Charts CDC growth charts now are available in Oracle Health EHR. UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic) Clinicians can view appropriate growth charts for pediatric patients.	See the Growth Charts User Guide for more information.	In the Ask Oracle box, type or speak "view [growth chart name] growth chart". Verify that the correct growth chart is displayed. Access the chart for a patient under the age of 20 years. In the Vitals section of the chart, select View Growth Charts. Verify that the appropriate growth charts for the patient's age are displayed.	Implementation Impact: None Maintenance Impact: None
Enhancement EHRM-9109: View Growth Velocity	Component: Growth Charts Growth velocity now is available in the Growth Charts functionality. UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic) Clinicians can view growth velocity for patients in the appropriate growth charts.	See the Growth Charts User Guide for more information.	Access the chart for a patient under the age of 20, select View Growth Charts, then hover over a data point on the graph. Verify that a tooltip containing the growth velocity is displayed. Enhancement EHRM-9110: View Condition Based Growth Charts	Component: Growth Charts Condition specific growth charts now are available in Oracle Health EHR. UI Impact: Workflow (Automatic) Clinicians can view growth charts tailored for specific medical conditions in pediatric patient charts.	See the Growth Charts User Guide for more information.	Identify a patient under the age of 20 who is diagnosed with Down Syndrome. Access the patient's chart, then select View Growth Charts. Verify that the Down Syndrome growth chart is displayed.
