Immunizations Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Immunizations functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• When an empty cell is selected on the Immunization Forecast table, the detail pane for the next dose of the immunization for that row is displayed. (EHRM-28676)
• The incorrect forecasting status may be displayed for Immunizations that are documented as Not Given. (EHRM-48344)
• The Print Record button may not function correctly in Immunizations. (EHRM-48713)
• When adding an immunization, the Submit button cannot be accessed using the Tab key. (EHRM-46268)
• When the Escape key is used to exit the Print Preview panel, the Print Record button cannot be selected again. (EHRM-46344)
• The Add Immunization tooltip is not displayed when the button is selected using keyboard navigation. (EHRM-46060)
• When only a year or a year and month are entered for a historic immunization, an incorrect precise date may be displayed in the Immunizations list. (EHRM-47889)
• Screen readers may not read some elements in Immunizations. (EHRM-46955, EHRM-46961)
• In the detail panel for Immunization Forecast, screen readers may read some symbols and may not read abbreviated months correctly. (EHRM-46982)
• Screen readers may not read months or date ranges correctly. (EHRM-46950, EHRM-46964, EHRM-46968)
• When the Filter or Question button is selected in the Print Preview, screen readers read the entire heading before the appropriate information. (EHRM-46284)
• Screen readers may read symbol names when they should be skipped or read as No Results. (EHRM-46946, EHRM-46947, EHRM-46278, EHRM-46034, EHRM-46063, EHRM-46275, EHRM-46968)
• Screen readers may read non-interactive elements when in Print Preview. (EHRM-46278)
• Screen readers may not read the number of immunizations when viewing the patient chart. (EHRM-46031)
• Screen readers may not read the element label when selecting a date. (EHRM-46051)
• If you add a historical immunization and then try to add another one without reloading the page, the vaccine group is locked in and can't be changed. (EHRM-50417)
• You can select vaccine groups without any products available to chart when documenting historically. (EHRM-50417)
• The incorrect status may be displayed when certain reasons for refusal are selected. (EHRM-50417)
• If you add a historical immunization and then try to add another one without reloading the page, a new vaccine group cannot be selected. (EHRM-53305)
• You are not notified if an added historical immunization is not saved. (EHRM-53618)
• If Other Vaccines is selected for the vaccine group, the immunization may not be displayed in the Immunization list. (EHRM-55693)
• If the current month is selected for the Administration Month when documenting a historical immunization, the immunization may not be documented correctly. (EHRM-51545)
• If a historical immunization is being documented in the six hours prior to the UTC offset, the following day can be incorrectly selected for the administration date. (EHRM-52100)
