Immunizations Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Immunizations functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• When an empty cell is selected on the Immunization Forecast table, the detail pane for the next dose of the immunization for that row is displayed. [EHRM-28676]
• The Print Record button may not function correctly in Immunizations. [EHRM-48713]
• When the Filter or Question button is selected in the Print Preview, screen readers read the entire heading before the appropriate information. [EHRM-46284]
• Screen readers may read symbol names when they should be skipped or read as No Results. [EHRM-46278, EHRM-46275, EHRM-46968]
• Screen readers may read non-interactive elements when in Print Preview. [EHRM-46278]
• Comments may not be displayed correctly in the immunizations details panel. [EHRM-75477]
• After you modify an imprecise date for an immunization, an incorrect precise date may be displayed. [EHRM-75475]
• When using keyboard navigation to move through the Immunization Forecast page, the detail panel opens automatically when you focus on a dose recommendation rather than waiting for you to select it. [EHRM-73606]
• Recommendation information may not be displayed correctly in the Immunizations Forecast page. [EHRM-73351]
• Immunizations charted as Not Given may be included in the number of administered immunizations. [EHRM-75481]
• In the Immunization Consent form, a consent document may be displayed as existing in the Document on File column even after being removed. [EHRM-71168]
