Inbox Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Inbox functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• The signed-in user is recognized as the responsible provider even if they are not a provider. [EHRM-19649]

• When you open the patient's chart from the Inbox by selecting a link from the patient summary, you cannot return to the Inbox using the Back button. [EHRM-39002]
• If you mark a conversation as Completed after sending a message from the Inbox in Oracle Health EHR, the conversation is displayed as Completed for message recipients in Oracle Health EHR but is still open in Message Center. [EHRM-51615]
• If you enter the at symbol (@) in the message body and do not tag a person, the dialog box to select a person may remain open and block the view of your message. [EHRM-55336]
