Inbox Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Inbox functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

  • When you filter to view only sent items, you cannot sort by priority. [EHRM-74032]
  • When you filter to view only draft items, you cannot sort by priority. [EHRM-73415]
  • When you filter to view only deleted items, messages deleted using Message Center (MessageCenter.exe) are not displayed. [EHRM-73925]
  • When you send a response that includes an attachment, the sender and recipient cannot view the attachment in Message Center. [EHRM-73258]
  • Some electronic prescription renewal requests may not display in the inbox. [EHRM-96885]
  • If the sender of a message closes the conversation, the message is also removed from the recipient's inbox. The message may be removed before the recipient is able to view the message. [EHRM-51615]
  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) results are not consistently displayed in your inbox. [EHRM-97722]
  • The Inbox page might display only conversations that include you. The Inbox should display all conversations in the patient’s record. [EHRM-80519]
  • Message drafts are not displayed when filtering the Inbox to view a list of drafts. [EHRM-96386]
  • Some message replies sent from PowerChart (PowerChart.exe) may not display in the Inbox. [EHRM-96459]
  • The Results to Endorse Normalcy filter does not narrow the list to results outside normal limits. [EHRM-96478]
  • The results list view does not filter by the event set hierarchy. This behavior does not match the functionality in the detail view. [EHRM-96778]
