Medication Administration Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Medication Administration functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• When a route has not been selected for a medication activity, the documentation cannot be completed. (ORDERS-11505)
• The Additional Details section may collapse after an element is updated. (ORDERS-16161)
• When Not Given is selected for a medication activity with a free text dose, the Free Text Dose message is not automatically closed. (ORDERS-16158)
• The free-text dose banner may not automatically close when you scan or manually enter a dose. (ORDERS-11521)
• When you update medication information during an administration and then move to the Schedule view without closing the administration, the changes may not be displayed when you return to the Medication Administration view. (ORDERS-19415)
• When you discard a single medication activity during administration, you are not returned to the activity list. (ORDERS-26640)
• When you update a field and the update fails, the Enter a Value text is displayed for the field but the updated value is not removed. (ORDERS-25782)
• When you update a field that requires a selection and the update fails, the previous selection may still be displayed. (ORDERS-27768)
