Medication Administration Known Issues
Known issues exist in the Medication Administration functionality in Oracle Health EHR.
- When a route has not been selected for a medication activity, the documentation cannot be completed. (ORDERS-11505)
- After selecting Override Scan, you may be able to continue the documentation without selecting an Override Reason. (ORDERS-11713)
- When additional VIS statements are selected, an optional VIS statement may be displayed first and the Published Date element may be required when it should be optional. (ORDERS-16502)
- When a medication ingredient contains a strength but not a volume, the volume field is still displayed. (ORDERS-16468)
- The Activity list is sorted incorrectly, with PRN and continuous infusion orders displayed before scheduled and unscheduled orders. (ORDERS-16448)
- The Additional Details section may collapse after an element is updated. (ORDERS-16161)
- When Not Given is selected for a medication activity with a free text dose, the Free Text Dose message is not automatically closed. (ORDERS-16158)
- When you override a medication scan and a list of Drug Identifiers is unavailable, you are unable to enter a free text Drug Identifier. (ORDERS-15969)
- The free-text dose banner may not automatically close when you scan or manually enter a dose. (ORDERS-11521)
- When the ordered medication is in a tablet form, the Total Volume element may be incorrectly displayed in the Activity Details. (ORDERS-16818)
- The incorrect text may be displayed when an overdose is entered for a medication activity. (ORDERS-11519)
