Patient Panel Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Patient Panel functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• When you move through the list of advance care plan documents on the Advance Care Plan page and use a screen reader, the screen reader may not announce the correct element labels. [EHRM-50145]
• The screen reader does not announce the correct label when you press Shift+Tab to move from the Refresh button to the Back button (<) on the Advance Care Plan page. [EHRM-50154]
• When you access a document preview on the Advance Care Plan page and use a screen reader, the screen reader reads the following words even when the document preview is displayed: This .PDF is inaccessible. [EHRM-50157]
• The screen reader does not announce the correct element labels for the Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (-) buttons when you access a document preview on the Advance Care Plan page. [EHRM-50161]
• The screen reader does not announce the section labels and associated values, for example, Patient Name: [patient name], when you access a document preview from the Advance Care Plan page and select the different sections. [EHRM-50170]
