Patient Chart Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Patient Chart functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

When you access a patient's chart and press Tab to select the headings in the Summary tab, the outline is not fully displayed when the heading is selected. Also, the outline is not fully displayed when you select the Allergies heading using the Tab key. [EHRM-60234]
