Problems Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Problems functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• When you reorganize diagnoses in an order, the entry in the diagnosis field is not displayed. [EHRM-41930]
• Screen readers read instances of vertical bars and parentheses in the Problems section of the patient's chart. [EHRM-44894]
• Screen readers read month names incorrectly. [EHRM-45001]
• Screen readers do not pronounce acronyms correctly on the Problems page. [EHRM-45002]
• Screen readers do not read field labels and list options on the Problems page. [EHRM-45014]
• The tooltip for the More Actions (...) button on the Problems page is not displayed. [EHRM-45019]
• Screen readers do not read the numbers next to problems in the Problems section of the patient's chart. [EHRM-45500]
• On the Problems page, you can use the keyboard to navigate to elements with which you cannot interact. [EHRM-50850]
• On the problem details page, a tooltip is not displayed when you hover over the List View button or the Trend View button or when you access the List View button or the Trend View button by pressing the Tab key. [EHRM-50857]
• Error occur with the Oracle Accessibility tool in the Edit Problem Details panel. [EHRM-50865]
• From the More Actions (…) menu on the problem details page, pressing Enter does not select any of the options. [EHRM-50873]
• From the Actions (…) menu for a problem on the Problems page, pressing Enter on Add Priority does not select it. [EHRM-50886]
• In the Problems section of the patient’s chart, you can use the keyboard to navigate to elements with which you cannot interact. [EHRM-50956]
• Problems are not added to the ongoing list when you navigate to Add to Ongoing by pressing Tab and select it by pressing Enter. [EHRM-50959]
• UI text needs to be updated in the Problems section of the patient's chart, on the Problems page, and on the problem details page. [EHRM-51131]
• Updates to problems in Oracle Health EHR are not automatically displayed when adding, moving, or editing a problem. [EHRM-51324]
• When you navigate to a problem by pressing Tab and open it by pressing Enter, pressing Backspace returns the active selection to the Needs Attention panel, not to the previously selected problem. [EHRM-52702]
