Recommendations Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Recommendations functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• Screen readers may not say month correctly when it is abbreviated. (EHRM-47603)
• When a manually added recommendation is removed, you cannot add it again later. (EHRM-48343)
• The Modify button is still displayed for recommendations that have been canceled even though they can no longer be updated. (EHRM-50423)
• Comments added when creating a new free text recommendation are not saved. (EHRM-50423)
• Screen readers may read some headings incorrectly. (EHRM-40196)
