Recommendations Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Recommendations functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• When a manually added recommendation is removed, you cannot add it again later. [EHRM-48343]
• When you use Ask Oracle to view recommendations for a patient, the Add Recommendations page may be displayed instead of the list of existing recommendations. [EHRM-73517]
